NEXARSiL offers its own proven 11N polysilicon technology, and can also support projects that use technology from other licensors. In both cases, we work in support of the plant and the owner — never as a reseller of another licensor's process — with a clear firewall between our own technology licensing and our independent owner-side engineering role.

Is NEXARSiL a licensor or a consultant?
Both — and this is a deliberate dual model. We have our own 11N polysilicon technology package available for license, built on 25+ years of real production experience. We also provide fully independent owner-side engineering for clients working with any other licensor — no equipment to sell, no vendor commissions — so our advice stays aligned with the owner's interests.
What polysilicon purity levels do you support?
Our production experience covers solar-grade through electronic-grade, with demonstrated 11N (99.999999999%) purity achieved in commercial operation. We support plants across the full grade spectrum from 6N solar to 11N semiconductor feedstock.
Which parts of the polysilicon process do you cover?
The full Siemens-based process chain: metallurgical silicon feed preparation, hydrochlorination and direct chlorination, TCS purification and distillation, Siemens CVD reactor technology, off-gas recovery and recycle, and product handling. We support plant design review, technology selection, and operational troubleshooting across every unit.
Do you work on new plants, brownfield expansions, or both?
Both. We support greenfield projects from pre-feasibility through first-qualified production, and brownfield expansions, debottlenecking, yield improvement, energy reduction, and quality upgrades at operating plants.

NEXARSiL operates globally and supports polysilicon projects worldwide. Our team has worked on plants across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America — across multiple licensors and technology generations.
How do you stay independent if you also license your own technology?
Independence is enforced by engagement scope. When a client engages NEXARSiL for owner's engineering or technology evaluation with a third-party licensor, we do not carry any equipment sales, vendor commissions, or hidden incentives on that engagement.
The dual model works because we are transparent from the start about which role we are playing. A client either engages our technology package, or they engage our independent advisory — never both on the same scope.
