NEXARSiL's licensed technology package is a complete, commercial-scale, Siemens-CVD polysilicon process — from metallurgical-silicon hydrochlorination through TCS purification, CVD deposition, hydrogen recycle, STC conversion, and Vent gas recovery. The process has been demonstrated in commercial operation at semiconductor-grade 11N purity. When an owner licenses the NEXARSiL package, they receive a complete design basis, P&IDs, datasheets, operating procedures, safety cases, training materials, and on-site support from engineering through first-qualified output. The package is available to owners globally and is provided under a standard licensing agreement with defined scope, performance targets, acceptance criteria, and support obligations.

How owners engage NEXARSiL when the package is and isn't the right choice.
NEXARSiL runs its technology package and its owner's engineering practice with a strict internal firewall. Owners who engage us for independent licensor evaluation receive a written disclosure of the package and the firewall, and we will exclude the NEXARSiL package from the evaluation entirely on request. When the package is chosen, it is chosen on its engineering merits — not because the evaluator and the licensor are the same firm.
Verification under NDA
Some claims and project evidence cannot be published publicly due to confidentiality agreements. Detailed supporting materials — including operating experience records, process design basis, commissioning support documentation, purity targets and acceptance criteria, operator training materials, and project execution records — may be reviewed under NDA with qualified project owners, investors, or development partners.
Performance targets, acceptance criteria, and warranty obligations are defined in the final agreement and verified under agreed testing conditions. The process design basis and operating history available for NDA review gives counterparties a clear, documented picture of what the package delivers before any commitment is made.

How does the package compare on CAPEX?

Can I license the package without NEXARSiL's owner's engineering?
Yes. The package is licensed independently of owner's engineering. Owners can engage their own owner's-engineering team if they prefer — this is common, and we welcome it.
Can I license only part of the package (e.g., just CVD or just TCS purification)?
In specific cases. We prefer to license the complete package because the acceptance criteria and performance targets depend on the full closure loop, but we will discuss partial scopes on a case-by-case basis.
