Eight services. One standard.

Every service is delivered by engineers with real polysilicon production experience.

NEXARSiL's services are structured around the decisions polysilicon plant owners and developers actually make — from the first feasibility question through steady-state 11N output. Each service can be engaged standalone or bundled inside a full lifecycle program. Every engagement is vendor-neutral: we do not take equipment commissions or licensor referral fees.

How we work

A clear five-step engagement arc.

Every engagement, regardless of scope, follows the same five steps so owners know exactly what they're buying and what they'll receive.

Step 1

Scope

Confidential scoping call. We define the decision the owner actually needs to make, the timeline, and the constraints. No proposal before we understand the real question.

Step 2

Baseline

Document review, site walk-down if applicable, and baseline data analysis. We bring hard numbers — operating logs, purity data, historian trends — into the picture before opinions.

Step 3

Analysis

Engineering analysis against benchmarks from real operating plants. Not textbook assumptions — numbers that match what your plant will see in week one of operation.

Step 4

Decision memo

A single, board-ready decision memo with the recommendation, the alternatives considered, the risks, and the numbers behind them. Short. Executive-friendly. Defensible.

Step 5

Implementation support

Optional but usually taken. Engineering presence through implementation, commissioning, and first-qualified output. We stay until the plant is making spec material.

Who we work with

Tailored for four specific buyers.

Plant owners

Existing producers targeting de-bottlenecking, purity uplift, or operating-cost reduction on running assets.

Project developers

Greenfield and brownfield developers from pre-feasibility through FID and execution.

Investors & lenders

Independent technical due diligence for debt, equity, and development-finance transactions.

Strategic & government

National polysilicon programs and supply-chain localization initiatives. Discreet by default.

Frequently asked

Questions we often get about this

Can I engage just one service or do I have to commit to the full arc?

Single-service engagements are the norm. Many owners start with a targeted technology evaluation or feasibility study and expand scope only once they're confident in the team. There is no bundled commitment.

How long does a typical engagement take?

A focused decision memo can take as little as three to six weeks. A full feasibility study or owner's engineering program spans the project timeline. We right-size every engagement to the decision it supports.

Do you support plants that have already selected a licensor?

Yes — this is one of the most common engagements. Our owner's engineering team steps in alongside an existing licensor to represent the owner's interests through design review, construction, commissioning, and ramp-up.
