NEXARSiL is an independent polysilicon technology firm founded by engineers who spent decades inside real operating plants. Every recommendation we make is grounded in direct experience running hydrochlorination, TCS distillation, CVD deposition, and full-closure recovery loops — at both solar-grade and semiconductor-grade purity. We are deliberately vendor-neutral, which means we earn our fees by serving the owner, never by marking up equipment or taking vendor commissions.
Most polysilicon consultancies fall into one of two camps. Some are licensor sales arms in disguise — they exist to push a specific package containing only basic, under-developed engineering. Others are generalist EPC firms that treat polysilicon like any other chemicals plant. Neither is built for the owner.
NEXARSiL was founded to sit squarely on the owner's side of the table. We bring our own demonstrated process package when owners want a single, proven base — and we bring a full independent owner's engineering capability when owners prefer to license from another provider. Is NEXARSiL a licensor or a consultant?
Both — deliberately. We license our own demonstrated 11N Siemens-CVD polysilicon technology package, and we also run a completely separate owner's engineering practice that supports owners working with any licensor. The two roles are run with a strict internal firewall so every engagement serves the plant.
How do you make money if you don't take equipment commissions?
Fees. Only fees. NEXARSiL is paid by the owner for engineering hours and deliverables. We do not mark up equipment, we do not take vendor kickbacks, and we do not receive referral fees from licensors. Our economics align with the plant's economics.
What purity levels have you actually demonstrated in production?
Our team has demonstrated semiconductor-grade polysilicon at 11N (99.999999999%) purity in commercial operation, and routinely supports solar-grade plants in the 6N–9N range. These numbers come from real plants, not lab runs.
